St. Mary’s student applications for the academic 2010-2011 school year are available at the school office from 9:00 am til 2:00 pm during June & August. Available in July by appointment. If you are interested in an application but are unable to come by the office, please call Carol Bass, our school secretary, at 608/348-5706 -ext. 1002. We will continue to accept applications for registration up until August 30, 2010.
Please note:
Open registration for the 2011-2012 will begin in January, 2011 for families who do NOT have students enrolled currently in St. Mary’s School.
Re-registration of currently enrolled students and registration of siblings of students enrolled in kindergarten through eighth grade will take place in early Spring.
